Pork Glaze

Use this Glaze on your ribs or Pork Blade Steaks

Ingredients

  

• 3 tbsp Salt, Pepper, Garlic Rub
• 1 tbsp Onion Powder
• 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
• 1 tbsp Generic BBQ Seasoning I like McCormick's¹
• ½ cup Vegetable Oil
• ½ cup Vinegar

Instructions

 

• Mix all dry ingredients into a bowl
• Add the oil and vinegar.
• Whisk the mixture and apply it to the meat at regular intervals throughout the cook.
