Pork Glaze
Use this Glaze on your ribs or Pork Blade Steaks
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Salt, Pepper, Garlic Rub
- 1 tbsp Onion Powder
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp Generic BBQ Seasoning I like McCormick's1
- ½ cup Vegetable Oil
- ½ cup Vinegar
Instructions
- Mix all dry ingredients into a bowl
- Add the oil and vinegar.
- Whisk the mixture and apply it to the meat at regular intervals throughout the cook.
Notes
- Or you can use our Real Deal BBQ Rub if you want to be adventurous.
