Brisket Rub
Use this rub as a general spice rub for use on nearly every dish. It is especially good on brisket.
Equipment
- Airtight container to hold 2 cups of dried spices.
- An old spice container works great, just make sure it has large enough holes for the spices to pass through
Ingredients
- ½ Cup Course ground pepper
- ½ Cup Salt
- ½ Cup Garlic Powder
- ½ Cup Onion Powder
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients and store in an airtight container at room temperature for maximum freshness
