Salt Pepper Galic Rub
All Purpose BBQ Rub for use on most any meat, or most any dish you make
Equipment
- Airtight container to store rub in
Ingredients
- 2 cup Coarse Ground Black Pepper (16 Mesh)
- 1 cup Garlic Powder You can use regular garlic powder but I like Johnny's Garlic Spread & Seasoning
- 1 cup Kosher Salt
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
- Transfer mixed ingredients to an airtight storage container and store in a cool dry environment
